If it's a straight translation then yes hes barely strong enough to take on half of marvel and dcs roster. If you factor in that he's a superman surrogate then hes easily going to go a few rounds without stopping against the man of steel. We also have no idea if a nuke could stop him either they strapped one to him as a child but without spoiling anything for the comic he was killed by something much closer to himself. Itd be a situation like the zod superman fight in the man of steel. Where homelander would cause as much collateral damage as possible out of spite and at least with the case of fighting dc heroes would force them to use drastic measures to save lives. The marvel heroes would be a little quicker on the kill option.
