Marvel and DC comics are going to permanently end. How do you wrap up the character arcs?

  • Luke Cage and Iron Fist retire and open up a community center in Gem Theater.

  • Jane Foster and Sam Wilson marry for the few years Jane has left. After Jane passes away after her battle with cancer, Odinson forges a new hammer in her honor and journeys to Valhalla to deliver Mjolnir to it's final wielder. Thor and Sam Wilson become close as the decades pass. Sam retires from crimefighting and becomes a preacher at his father's church, making visits to the Jane Foster Memorial Hospital whenever he can. The God of Thunder attends his sermons every Sunday, and is by Sam's side when the avian Avenger passes away peacefully.

  • Mutants continue fighting for equality, making great strides along the way. Kitty Pryde becomes the first mutant congresswoman, with rumors of a Pryde/Worthington bid for the presidency swirling. Roberto Da Costa becomes Secretary of State. Magneto retires as the curator of the mutant heritage and Charles Xavier museum.

  • Iceman and Hercules marry. Bobby continues teaching at the Xavier Institute until he is unable. Hercules continues caring for his partner as he ages, eventually sending him off to the afterlife.

  • The Future Foundation expands with facilities all over the world. Carol Danvers starts the A-Force initiative to encourage young minds around the world. A retired Spider-Man devotes his time to a nonprofit sect of the organization called the Uncle Ben Foundation, in honor of his late Aunt. Valeria Richards becomes the new head of the Foundation after her parents retire (although for the Richards', retirement is just a formality).
