Marvel's Avengers Falls Silent With Update Plans Again, Hawkeye's Fate Unknown

I don't remember anyone mentioning SWORD in either episode I've seen.

The book that closes literally has the SWORD logo. It's in the episode. It's not a spoiler.

If you think things being shown in episodes is a spoiler then you probably shouldn't be discussing the show at all.

Especially when SWORD has been common knowledge in the Marvel universe for decades at this point, people are not going to purposely not mention the name for a random person on Reddit that only watches the show. If you don't want spoiled on common knowledge facts that have been around for many years, then don't skip all of those years of stories to right now and assume anything you personally don't know is a spoiler.

That would be like only watching Star Ways Episode 8, starting a discussion about Star Wars episode 8, and then telling someone they're spoiling things for you by saying Darth Vader is Luke's father.

If you are actively discussing a current story in a mass multiverse, it is assumed you are aware of the prior stories. Otherwise you skipped them all on purpose and it is nobody else's responsibility to explicitly not discuss literally years of prior story that has already existed to be consumed.

Wanda is chaos magic, she creates and bends reality. In the comics she and Vision had two children for years and years until one day someone asked "Wait Vision can't reproduce" and then her children faded from existence as she realized that she just subconciously created her own children from her imagination. They were not real.

That is clearly what's happening in this show, to another level entirely. And nothing I said is a spoiler, it's talking about prior events in another part of the multiverse. Nothing I said is explicitly about the specific show's story that hasn't been told yet.
