Mary McAleese condemns Catholic Church for 'intrinsically evil' teachings on homosexuality

It is a lot better because it isn't dehumanizing or demonizing gay people over something they can't change. I dont know why people make a big deal out of religion and homosexuality; it's not like religious people (excluding muslims and black people) are committing crimes against homosexuals or advocating for violence to any significant degree that is different than atheists. They only view gay sex as a sin, much like they view masturbation, protected and/or premarital sex, and eating certain foods as sins. You can still be gay and religious. Just dont stick your dick in another man's ass. You can be straight and religious too, just dont stick your dick in a woman unless you're both married and willing to have kids. Guess what? Religious gay people break that rule all the time. Religious straight people break those rules all the time as well.

I dont see people complaining that jews and muslims try not to eat bacon. I dont see people complaining that christians try not to have underaged teenage sex. I dont see people complaining that many religious people think masturbation is wrong. So why are people complaining that religious people think being a man and fucking another man is so bad?
