I'm sorry, did you watch his performance during the hearing?

He went on a far right political rant. Accused senators of engaging in a wide spread conspiracy. Made very thinly veiled threats (and that's being generous, I think "what goes around comes around" is an explicit threat). Was incapable of controlling his emotions. Lied extensively. Mischaracterized (I believe willfully so) the value of an FBI investigation. And was combative, vindictive, and entitled to sitting senators who were just doing their job. All of that makes him beyond unqualified for his position. Imagine a democrat performing the way he did, and I'm sure a partisan hack like you would quickly call for them to be dismissed while you pretend like Kavanaugh is still qualified for this position.

And none of that goes into the fact that even before that he was not qualified. His judicial philosophy is absurd and fails on it's face and is far outside the judicial mainstream. He has a record number of dissents which supports that. He differentially applies legal standards depending on who brings the case, and consistently favors big business and big money. He also is supposedly a non-partisan judge who actually has political ads running for him which is incredibly inappropriate, and is backed by tons of dark money and organizations who are known to be centered around judicial activism.

He has never deserved to be on the supreme court or any federal court.
