I think he’s already the all time leader in wins and in every passing category. I could see him just wanting to make sure he’s never caught though

right. the 17th game is inherently going to make a lot of untouchable records more attainable. he's at 710 touchdowns right now, i could definitely see him trying to stick around long enough to hit 800.

yards wise he's going to hit 100,000 yards this year, but a few more years and he can hit 100,000 yards regular season only. (he's at 84,520 regular and 13,049 post, so realistically probably like 3 years for 100k regular season yards)

also, the 17th game and the talent on that team gives him a chance to make a last hurrah towards setting various single season records that will hold up in the 17 game era.
