Mass Call Outs

I am so stressed out , honestly it's too busy and every single day some one else calls out & I can't blame them. There are people I wish would call in to protect themselves - the elderly door greeters, my friend at the service desk who is awaiting heart surgery, it just adds to the stress.

I stand there at the service desk and watch the people swarm the paint desk, the couples walking with coffee cups kids in tow , the grumpy old guy returning 50 cents worth of nothing, Nana & Papa walking around the seed display with 16 other people, and I literally want to scream at them "WHY ARE YOU HERE?!"

I have a limited amount of wipes, 1/2 can of lysol and a mountain of returns all around me. It's so intense and stressful.

Don't know what to even say anymore - people just refuse to take this seriously I feel like the only thing I can control is how I react to it, I can't make my friend go home because I am concerned for her, I can't make management do the right thing or what I believe is the right thing, I can't change any of this and trying to is stressing me out.

Whatever you all decide is right for you - do it. I'm not judging you. Stay healthy and we will get thru this better more powerful people. Home Depot will lose more than 1/2 it's employees based on how we are being treated right now. Maybe Craig will learn a lesson in the end that we are the engine that moves profits.

He cant do it without us we are empowered now to want better from this company.
