US mass killings linked to extremism spiked over last decade

I'm curious about the white supremacy. The article brings up the Club Q and Buffalo. Was the Club Q white supremacy? I hadn't heard that. I'm also wondering if it's dangerous to ascribe shootings to "whiteness" as the ADL is doing here. We've had three mass shootings by elderly asian men in the last year. Or mass shootings by black perpetrators (St. Louis, Sacramento, Tulsa, Michigan State, New York Subway, and Florida yesterday). Is it perhaps dangerous to tether "mass killing incidents" to white supremacy, or somehow more closely tied to whiteness, when very clearly any group is possible. In fact, if there's one throughline, it's that it's men.
