Found an excellent HD option. Instructions may sound a bit weird but bear with me! If you go to this stream page, it initially just looks like fake/ad stream. Ignore the black n white static/giant message about Firefox and instead in the upper right corner there is an orange "arrow" symbol. Click that arrow symbol.

Clicking it will yield a unique VLC stream link for you to copy/paste in your VLC player. OR if you wish to play the stream within your browser, download a nifty Chrome app called "Native HLS Playback" which will allow you to simply copy/paste VLC links in a new tab and Chrome will automatically play it like a normal video.

For example, when I click the arrow, it gives me a link like this: http://tmg.ustreamyx.com/Sky-Sports-Cricket.m3u8?token=sky-sports-cricket_i-411689d7353bc34b2d670b844198ef92

However I realized I couldnt just copy paste that link for you guys because the long number at the end is a unique id, meaning the link would work for me but not for you guys. So I realized I would have to type out slightly longer instructions haha
