Once someone, such as Professor Dave, describes people who experience life differently from him as "bigots", I know I'm listening to someone who is fuelled by emotion rather than logic or facts. Professor Dave could come forward with facts, with an understandable argument, with civility towards the millions who think differently to him, followed by a suggestion of bigotry in some quarters. Instead, he launches into his thesis not with his findings, but with an attack on supposed bigots, ie, the billions who innocently see life for what it is and are confounded by aggressive domination by those who label them bigots but who are themselves the bigoted ones.
