Matthew Perry Doesn't Remember Filming 3 Seasons of Friends Due to Substance Abuse

Hey there!

Hope it's of any use to you cpt. Jack, so listen up. I am going to do you a huge favor and share the biggest secret of life. It is 100% confirmed to be true and tested on practice. Shit works.

If you follow through with this, your life will change beyond belief. The only thing you have to do - is take it very, very seriously

Here it goes:

1) The very reason of substance abuse is the disconnect with the world.

2) The greatest way to overcome the disconnect is Rauch. It is a trance state also known as "talking with muse".

3) You need to spend 6 hours of your free time every day doing the same thing over and over. Preferably something you love to do very much. Any hobby, drawing, music, sport, whatever. I would try and focus on creative art as it can give you an income at the very end

4) the more time you spend practicing this said skill, the easier it is to enter the Rauch state (subconscious, almost trance) and longer you are in it. This is the secret to regain connection with the world

5) you go to a gym 1 hour every two days no matter what. take it as a way of life

6) you talk to any women anywhere every day for at least 30 minutes total, no matter what. it is your usual every day life.

7) you read any book every day for at least 30 minutes. you guessed it, it's part of your life now.

When you reach 3000-4000 hours practicing skill, you will see a huge difference in your life; supplemented with going to the gym/talking to women/reading books will give you a whole another level of perspective and vocabulary prowess.

Wait! Before you go on the adventure, make sure you read S. Pressfield "War of Art". You can take every word to heart and join us in fight of resistance (more in the book).

Best of luck to you buddy, this is 100% confirmed way to make the biggest impact on your life. Change is gradual, appreciate the process, once you see that it's easy to love what you do, you will see that it's easy to love anything. You switch to an optimist and life around you flourish.

Once again, best of luck, feel free to message me once you reach 3000 hours. I am at 4,500 right now and, let's say, I am basically living a dream

Take care stranger
