Max Middleton - per 36 career highs in points, rebounds and assists

Middleton is strictly known for his scoring.

That's just not true, he's elite when it comes to doing a little bit of everything offensively. He can run the offense, catch and shoot, shoot off the dribble, midrange, three, inside. He's got great size for a wing, he rebounds well, he passes well.

O and he's also tied for second fewest shots per game and played the second fewest minutes, so even your scoring point makes zero sense. Plus he was probably asked to make the biggest change to his game in this offense and it showed for the first half of the season.

You're not finding anyone as good as Middleton this offseason outside of dudes like Kawhi and Kevin Durant, neither of which are coming to Milwaukee. So your option is pay Middleton and run it back with the crew who WON 60 GAMES AND WENT TO THE ECF in their first year playing with a new coach and system or get worse and head into the 2020 offseason needing to sign Giannis to an extension or lose him and become mediocre for another 2 decades. And you're trying to sign him after getting worse and punting on his #2 guy.
