It may have taken 2 years, 11 months, and 9 days but my dream build is finally complete

I still remember sitting up at my desk my sophomore year of high school opening up the tape wrapped box in which it came in. It was just a regular f450 clone back then but it really was something special and I never knew what would come out of that tiny project.

I still remember how frustrated I was with the original KK5.5 blackboard that originally came in the kit. I still remember when I finally got it to fly three weeks before an ariel photography trip. I still remember all of the photographs, videos, crashes, and upgrades.

Every time I fly it I remember a time when this sub was flooded with debates over APM vs Naza. F450 and TBS Discovery builds were all over the front page. Blackout, GetFPV, and racing were just on the horizon for the hobby.

It may be a relic of the past but sometimes we need to look there to see what the future lies.

For myself, it's more than just another quad. It got me into this wonderful hobby, it got me into college, and it got me my first real job. It may sound stupid but this quad is me - it represents where I've come from and what I've learned along the way.

Lastly, I would like to thank all of the members here at /r/multicopter. You all have made this a part of who I am and have influenced me in so many ways.
