Maya releases her final statement

I don't know if legally it counts as sexual assault. When I research it I find sources saying sexual assault requires sexual contact and sexual contact means touching of boobs/breasts, buttocks or groins. A lawyer would argue that chest is not equivalent to boobs or breasts and Kyle always avoided using those specific words. If Kyle didn't state specifically to Maya that the boobs were touched and only said that the chest was touched, which could be the surrounding area but not the boobs, then Maya would be correct if she told them that's not sexual assault because technically there was no sexual contact in the eyes of the law. I don't know if there are exceptions that don't require sexual contact but if she is being blamed for making them think it wasn't sexual assault, these details matter.
