I looked up the last one (a name I’ve heard) and her Wikipedia article says she’s intersex… What part confused you about “not belonging to trans or intersex”? You pointlessly asked me:

if anyone not belonging to those groups was disproportionately subjected

So why on earth give me an intersex example straight after after?

As I said before: someone who’s intersex gets tested (ideally only once by reputable lab, with definitive results for all future comps), and the sports organisation makes a decision based on that individual case on whether she’s allowed to compete with the females.
