Maybe someday we'll get our bounce back!

I was just sorta thinking that with the way it was charscterized in the ad. I think the general consensus in psychiatry for most disorders is that it's bio/psycho/social. A dash of genetics (bio) abnormal psychology, and problems with socialization. Freudian psychoanalytics and the asylum model were very effective in treating the mentally ill. Even with wild ethical issues with both Freud and Jung fucking the same patient of theirs.

I think the history of pharmacoligic interventions started with valium as Valium as mothers lil helpers and of course 1st gen antipsychotics for the severe cases. I think tricyclics were the first antidepressants, paxil and prozac and that Zoloft was one of the first SSRIs. Hence why they had to sell the chemical imbalance thing. I'm allergic to SSRIs like Celexa and Wellbutrin NDRI. Notice that this ad doesn't have the black box warning on Homicidal/Suicidal Thoughts/Actions. Yeah those are a bitch. I thibk the add is cute and sorta beautiful in a way. I hope Zoloft helps vastly more people than it kills. Otherwise I would think it evil
