Mayor Jack Young proposing to close two Fire Department engine companies

They aren't performing their role because of the few dozen "parks" under their care I have visited I have found nothing but dumps and invasive species and no evidence of maintenance or invasive species management.

Yet when I need to get a 70 thousand pound truck down a torn up dirt bike mud trail in one of these parks to address a catastrophic sewer pipe failure the admins come out of the woodwork with a dozen employees demanding environmental remediation procedures to return the dump back to its original condition of a dump.

I'm fucking done with these double standards.

I'm sure they maintain a few nice parks they can't launder all the money they receive.

Next meeting the director is at please don't dox me because I'll probably get kicked out for bringing evidence against them for selective enforcement of their own rules and simultaneously ignoring thousands of acres of literal wasteland that's been nothing but illegal dumping sites for demolition backfill and industrial chemicals with thousands of acres of invasive overgrowth.

We should hire private because public management clearly has failed and is accountable to no one.

We can fire a shitty contractor, we're permanently stuck with city employees who do fucking nothing except suck tax dollars to selectively find ways to justify their roles.
