Pretty much the opposite for me. My pet always spawned on me on that jump since October (which is normal, because there's no path there - you have to jump down a second time before attacking the adds downstairs or they evade - and when there's no availbale path the pet just teleports on you). Yet, 3 weeks ago we had a wipe there, and it's possible my pet did circle the spot and aggroed stuff there.

I think they recently (maybe 2 months ago) made pets "normal", as they should be in a sense. I remember up to at least December leveling my low level pets doing Strath runs without pulling virtually anything. Could jump down the balcony in UBRS and my pet would just come back to me through packs without agroing anything. It's like the mobs didn't see my pet when it runned next to them, or even into them. Not anymore.
