[MCU] Why is gravity affected by the planet being "off its axis"?

We’d need to confirm that he’s listing items related to the main subject, and not making some causal link.

It would certainly be nice, however this is a very small line of dialogue that only nitpicky redditors are complaining about, so such hard facts are not likely to be forthercoming, and the dialogue itself is somewhat ambiguous.

With that said, to me his intentions seem clear in the full statement, ("What the hell happened to this planet? It's eight degrees off its axis, gravitational pull is all over the place.") and since there is no physical reason they would be linked that is the interpretation I am inclined to believe.
