All she actually did to make that happen was destroy Mount Wundagore in one universe, essentially anyone with the ability to destroy the structure could’ve done it. David was able to view the multiverse (or at least alternate timelines within one universe) without a secondary device like the darkhold.

He is at most planetary lvl.

Wanda’s limits end here as well but they’re both world destroyers for sure.

And not to mention scarlet witch wiped the floor with illuminati in minutes and ripped charles xavier’s face off at his own psychic game.

I can kinda tell from this you haven’t watched the show so I’d highly recommend it, it’s one of the best Marvel’s done. It’s not like David couldn’t (or hasn’t already) done this. He solos literally everyone later on in his series among other telepaths and another omega level reality warper, and MoM Wanda isn’t that much more powerful than at the end of WandaVision. Her greatest feat showing improvement was escaping the mirror dimension but offensively she’s exactly the same: line of sight reality warping and psychic blasts.

It would be really interesting to see an astral plane battle between the two but it would not remotely be as one-sided as you present it.
