Me (20F) and my partner (23), in a long distance relationship, met for the first time and i’ve been dealing with mental health issues since they left again.

What do you do when you stay up all night? Sit and do nothing? YOu have the energy to eat and you drink and smoke. You talk with him. You obviously do have energy to do things. YOu just don't want to do anything.

First step is to fix the attitude that you need to have motivation to push you into doing things. Do things because things need to be done. That's adulting. Sitting around and refusing to do things that don't feel good is the life of a child. A child's relationship is not that of romance; it's dependence. Be an adult so you can have a healthy relationship. Get up and get things done. Everyone has moments when they feel bad, but life goes on, and so should you.
