She does talk to her cats;

Everyone with cats talks to their cats.

She is fastidious with folding clothes (it’s impressive to watch);

Great quality to have.

She gets flustered easily in social situations and begins to profusely sweat;

That happens to some people, not an issue.

She has an odd habit of sleeping with her arm under her SO/ my clothes;

Is that odd? It sounds kinda sweet.

She gets very “comfortable” around her SOs pretty quickly;

She sounds trusting.

She’s very direct about how she envisions her future;

She knows what she wants.

She has a bit of a “wild” past;

Good on her.

She talks to herself (she’ll do it when she doesn’t think anyone is around/notices);

Everyone does.

She orders/alphabetizes everything and will fix it if it gets out of order;

Many people do.

Her fridge is all put into special containers and ordered by categories (sauces in sauce section, meats in meats, leftovers with leftovers);

Someone structured isn’t weird. She just likes order. That’s a huge positive.

She brushes her teeth ~3 or 4 times a day;

Dentists hate her.

She can be very forthright: she’ll ask (rhetorically) if she has bad BO then smell her pits, can’t decide and then ask me.

She’s not insecure if she’s that direct about it.

Seriously man, she sounds like she’s better than the average human being. That’s weird in itself, but not in a bad way.

Just be careful she’s not the OCD type. If she starts having a fit when you’re not putting a book back in alphabetical order then you do have a problem. Arguably, you should probably make an effort to keep her ordered system… ordered. Because it does no harm.
