Wow, okay, that was rollar coaster. Definitely the entire situation was weird overall. 1. Why is she getting extremely drunk on the first date like that? Kind of off-putting, or it would be to me, unless it was a situation where you both just started downing drinks. 2. You can't say she didn't show any interest in you if she invited you up to her hotel room. That's the most obvious sign of interest my friend. That being said, would have been nice if she would have showed some initiative when you got up there, as she asked you. 3. This most recent date is a million red flags. Sounds to me like she loves that guy, or wants to toy with him. There's really no sensible reason for her to invite him and it seems like when he got there she forgot about you completely. If I were you I'd have no interest in someone who would put me through such an awkward encounter/situation. Plus, if you're looking for a relationship and she isn't trying to understand your side and refusing to see what she did, at least in your eyes, that's not someone you can have a healthy relationship with most likely
