Me after four months of recovery from scoliosis surgery (I had 70°)

I had my scoliosis surgery 8 years ago, I still have the scars. It is wack, best way to discribe my life is try to get into a car without bending your back; which you just learn to tuck your head in and go feet first. But I have done things that I would've never done before my surgery, like doing martial arts where I fall on my back each day. That really just make you relize that this surgery is not the end of the world. It can limit from skydiving, bungie jumping, and horseback riding, but you can still do most of the things you love.

If anyone wants to ask questions about life with 2 rods in your back just reply and I'll see about getting to them.
