Me [M/27] Needs help for asking a girl [21/F] out at work? I think she's interested, unsure how to approach in a non-weird, smooth way that doesn't pressure her?

Any Advice?

Yes, but you don't want to hear it.

And that's: Forget it. Don't do this. There a bunch of ways this could go wrong and end up affecting your job, and sounds like this is an important job to you so I really don't see this as being worth the risk, especially because I'd bet that even if you did start dating, it probably won't last. I know the 6-year difference doesn't seem huge, but at these particular ages it is. 21, just barely a legal adult, she's likely still got several years of playing the field to get out of her system, while you pushing 30 will be ready to get more serious.

My advice is to just be polite and professional in the office, and seek potential dates elsewhere.
