Me my [26F] BF [29M] gave his co worker [F 20 something] a ride one hour one way at midnight

I think my overreaction comes from the incident about 5 months ago. although we never slept with other people after we became official, we were trying an open relationship. The rule was no matter how many size girls/ side guys we get, " WE" come first. He got someone's number, and showed me her pics on her FB. I told him that I didn't like how she looked, and he instantly raised his voice and said " you're always about appearance. She's in grad school, she's ambitious, she wants to work in a hospital, she's good hearted, she always has this positive vibe about her." At that point I felt he was falling in love with her and that she was definitely the priority before me. I lost trust in him then and I don't think I trust him even to this day. I'm sure I have responsibility for this, but I was just getting over that incident from 5 months ago, and I felt I couldnt trust him anymore.

Another thing is when he first called at midnight, he mentioned her residence was city B which was only 20 min from his work. And then his story changed at 1am. Not sure she manipulated because she felt he would say no if he knew her house was that far or he manipulated because he thought I would say no , or he lied intentionally so he could have done something with her or, just miscommuncathin. Oh man, I'm so lost lol
