Yall here arguing about race but imo this is 100% a gender issue. Us males of all races SHOULD NOT BE shaving this much. Taking a blade and scraping our faces, scraping off something that is natural to our bodies DAILY isn't natural. Why the fuck can't we let it grow out and trim it with a scissors? Who the fuck cares if some dudes can't grow a full beard which makes them look unprofessional? That's like saying nobody should be allowed to have hair on their head because some guys are balding and it looks bad. Complete gender bias if you ask me. Why are females allowed to have long hair? Why do males have to trim down our hair? Ask yourself those questions. What's the exact reason? Whatever reason for those questions should also align directly with beards. Females can have their long hair for whatever purposes, then males should have beard too.

Yeah we're beating a dead horse but this dam DoD want to talk about gender equality, then walk the talk. Males are highly unrepresented in the DoD even though we're the majority.
