Give me the worst case scenario: could I lose my job/license

It's supposed to be admin's responsibility, if there is a serious incident that leads to a referral. I think that was initially to protect teachers from somehow getting blamed for a kid being violent or catching the ire of parents. But now it seems like admin is not doing their due diligence in letting the parents know. Also important to add, these violent incidents haven't to date occurred in my class, kids in my homeroom come up to me when they see me to tell me about it. So not being a witness adds another layer, I don't call parents usually about things I didn't see myself. But the volume of violence this year is insane and I definitely need to rethink how I'm communicating because it's just too much. I have kids coming up to me telling me about violent incidents that happened between students in my homeroom almost every day.
