media / tv / radio jobs

Thanks for the advice, I completely understand what you said about the skills. I mentioned those cause I have some experience in all of them and wouldn't mind accepting to work with any - but definitely am better at some more than with the others. I'll focus on that when doing my resume for said jobs. The business cards, I had no idea... So thank you loads for the tips! The international companies I have experience with, I asked around but they basically outsource their work down in Asia (except for maybe Hong Kong, from what they told me). They do have some kind of relationships with companies in Seoul but they're not, like they said, close enough. So no help coming from there. Still experience, of course, the company names will help but won't count for networking. I don't mind going for networking but I still don't get how every article or video I consume about koreans says it's weird to talk to people you don't know, how they just don't do it, but then you'll only get chances if you talk to then. Like, I'm afraid of being misunderstood if I'm being too upfront to them, you know? Would you have any advice on that? I really don't wanna come off as rude to them, I don't know. The other places I've been I only had chances because I acted as assertive as they wanted me to, but seems like in Seoul it's very different (I've heard they actually appreciate humility more, etc). Sorry if I'm asking for too much, you already taught me a lot and for that I'm grateful.
