As someone with bipolar disorder, I could not give less of a shit if you wanted to break ties with me because of my condition; it would be stupid to initiate something serious if you know from the get-go we won't get along for one reason or another. There are 7 billion people on the planet, I'll make do. That being said, most people don't know in the first place, because I'm consistent with medication and proper counseling. The idea is to not have it jeopardize my life--I'm quite over marinating in my mental illness.
