The mega yachts I just saw on my vacation....

Don't feel bad about it, you should be able to enjoy those things of you work for them. Like why else would you be going to work? You clock in every day so you can get paid to enjoy the things you want to do.

I think there's just a lot of people in this sub that really just hate that people have nicer things than them and never want to look past that.

For example, my brother and his boyfriend were on the trip. My boyfriend stayed at home because he had to work. My brother and his boyfriend are both in ivy levuage schools(to my knowledge at least) boyfriend just graduated and is an urban planner straight out of school. Brother is just about to get his masters in marine biology. Schools paid for for both of them, both have newer cars both paid for, and both live in am apartment along the beach paid for by my parents.

These two basically ignored us the whole trip, yelled at us for having orovlidged, didn't even buy a single round of drinks, nothing. Man I tried to contribute basically any spare dollar to my parents because it was fucking awesome they brought us there and I know how much work it takes to do something like that. Meanwhile these kids are telling and telling at us "we don't know how hard they have it."

Shit was so upsetting. Like they're sitting on a beautiful island for free and they're complaining.

I imagine there's a lot of those types on this sub. World owes them all and shit. Like yeah, the world's fucked, there's wealth inequality and people here who are genuinely fucked. But if you arent at least trying, then what are you complaining about?
