Megathread: Joe Biden Wins South Carolina Democratic Presidential Primary

The argument is that by allowing Trump to win in November

Ah, bigger crisis -> bigger revolution! /s

Actually I don't see that argument so often, at least not outspoken. And although Bernie fans might wish he is immortal ... seriously, who is gonna run the progressive ticket in 2024? Hm, what if Joe selects Kamala as running mate ...?

And please don't hit me with the Supreme Court argument. We've never had a liberal Supreme Court in our lifetimes and I prioritize the the other two branches of government

Oh, so Medicare didn't pass the Supreme Court, and Roe v. Wade never happened - and if it did by some mishap, then Kavanaugh is totally right it is far from established law?

The Republican party knows very well they will be losing out of natural causes unless they can tighten the voter suppression screw. The SCOTUS decides whether you will be even able to vote. Well maybe not you personally if you are just as lilywhite as myself (or like myself will never be eligible to vote in any US election!), but you know the point.
