Hybe/soumu stated garam got involved in some altercation to confront the with the alleged victim regarding some defamatory pictures being spread of her friend where both were at fault BUT only garam got punished resulting in rumours about G bullying circulated in school which led to G getting harassed in group chats. They also stated that G's mother was the one that asked for the level 5 in her record because she thought it would teach the daughter a lesson and now regrets it. There can be 2 ways to look at this
Soumu management n pr really stupid to believe G and she is manipulating the actual truth. And that G is the stubborn ( if I go down I'll take everyone down with me )type of person.
Or garam is actually mildly innocent or she believes she is innocent but hybe/soumu dont have enough evidence to support their case just few 3rd party witness willing to testify.
Public opinion does not believe hybe or garam at all because of the loopholes like why mother didnt protest, why no one came forward to defend g , school board and ministry of education validating garam bully record exists. And the only ones that are taking garam side are being called as delusional fans At this point hybe has dug a hole deep enough to bury themselves leading to people making nasty speculations about a minor being involved with someone from hybe. So even if hybe dont want to reveal their evidence in public right now. They better come up with substantial evidence in court to support their statement. If garam withdraws with an apology it will look terrible on hybe because right now the companies reputation is in shambles.
