I wrote this in another comment, but I get plenty of cardio - I walk a ton, I hike and swim, I do yoga. Not worried about cardio affecting my gains, not a big dude, not a powerlifter let alone a “top” anything - unless you count my sex life, which definitely would be better if more dudes took your advice and improved their stamina.

I’m a small lady with crazy ADHD. I exercise primarily to help my brain chill the fuck out; feeling stronger and having a nicer ass are just bonuses. Could I be doing more? Obviously - but I’m more likely to give up on the whole enterprise than I am to successfully work anything I dislike into a long-term routine. And I fucking hate machine cardio.
