Meltzer: “Andre wouldn't have made it now. He'd be in the PC doing 7 hours of forward rolls. Not kidding. His knees and back would be shot, but man, he'd be in better cosmetic shape. Plus there are guys so much taller than him around and that would kill his gimmick.”

few people speak any English

Why mention this? Why is that an issue?

This is not actually up for debate. Moliens (in 2016) is still only a town of just over 1k ppl.

I never questioned the population. My point is it being a small village doesn’t stop people from it going to Paris.

And if you actually knew anything about France, you'd know that having "a train connection to Gare Du Nord" is the equivalent of saying "has a highway nearby" in the US. This is the train station near Moliens, and it takes two connections to get to Paris.

I actually lived in Lyon for 3 years. Whilst you seem to have Google mapped France. Quelle suprise!

It’s normal to change trains to get onto the TGV. Not realising that two connections is normal shows you haven’t had to travel around France. The point I was making is that the very centre of Paris is reachable by public transport in two hours. If you drove to any of hospitals in the suburbs (where treatment would likely happen), it would take 60-80 minutes.

There are places in the US where people have to drive hours even to give birth or visit a gynecologist.

Relevance? The point I make is that France is not America. You don’t have to drive an hour to go to a shop or buy your new stetson (or what yanks do).

Do you think treatment for acromegaly is going to be less difficult to find?

Do I think they are sitting at a cafe across the road? No. Do I think it’s possible to travel to a nearby bigger city? Yes.
