She has been heard. We are past that phase. This is the investigation. As of yet, there has been zero evidence. Zero witnesses have corroborated the claim. And yet, half the country insists it MUST be true. Let me ask you a follow-up question. I am willing to state, that should conclusive proof be made available that shows Brett K. did in fact commit these crimes, that he should be tried and imprisoned. I have no problem with that. I support that statement completely. But are you willing to say, that if no proof is offered outside of the testimony of a single individual, and no corroborating witnesses can be found, that he deserves to be viewed as innocent? The investigation is underway. All of America waits on baited breathe for the smoking gun to be revealed. Should it fail to come will you admit your error? Isn’t that what a fair trial is all about?

If the results of the investigation don’t matter to you, then you are no better than those who would just as leave not have one.
