I'm sure each feels as different as every dick might look. I had a gf that would dry up as soon as she came; girl I'm with now has the opposite reaction. Dated a different girl with back issues that couldn't feel anything below the waist, great feeling vagina but the sex was awful since she never enjoyed it. Fucked a girl in college that felt like she had a nuva ring or something I kept bumping into inside her. I've been with two different women that I made bleed because, um.. well, because big dick; and that definitely felt different (very, very wet and sloppy, with a metallic odor). Aside from feels, they all look and smell different which can change sexual arousal. Less meaty vaginas are easier to go down on (IMO) but typically the sex is better with a grander vag since the girl has more flesh to feel with. There is a definite difference between unaroused and fully aroused vagina. Between ample lubrication and increased blood flow engorging the entire area, fully aroused is the best way to play.
