Men are rarely accused of provoking women.

I noticed that the opposite happens.

Whatever you "notice" isn't the status quo. It could very well be cherry picked, isolated.

Im also tired of men who complain about how society tells them "never hit a girl". It's so common for men to abuse women in multiple countries. It sucks men get abused too, but too many men want a free pass to punch a woman.

since when does men disagreeing on "never hit a girl" means that they want a free pass to hit a girl? Disagreeing on that phrase simply means they can hit back instead of sitting there and getting themselves abused. Come on, you're diminishing the fact that men get abused too by just making that tiny sentence "It sucks that men get abused too, but ---".
