Men that have been falsely accused of rape, what is your story?

Woman on a set of mine claimed I sexually assaulted and raped her, even though I was never once alone with her at any point. She made this accusation after I told her that I felt she was starving herself to be skinny and she was likely damaging her own body.

She then accused me so that I wouldn't be able to direct anymore because she didn't like what I said. When it started literally everyone else on that set, male and female, came to my defense saying that I could not have possibly done so because I always always with more than one person at any given time (as well as everyone kindly saying that my actions and attitude were never even close to being inappropriate in any sense).

So my career wasn't destroyed, but multiple individuals she told the story to in my line of work refuse to work with me to this day because they just just took her word on it, which has affected me a few times in the past few years. Including the agency she currently works for refusing to grant access to their clients for future films, which puts a decent speedbump in the process of casting actors.

Could have been worse, but still got falsely accused just because some selfish asshole didn't like my opinion and she knew she could do it without any true consequences. Hurt even more because I am a rape victim myself, so being accused of doing the evil thing done to me fucked me up hard.

Post script: She developed regular seizures because her body got so little sustenance that it began eating/damaging her brain.
