Yes. You can lose your job because of random emotional outbursts from a female. Say you have consensual hook up, later she decides its not what she wanted. A twitter post and boom HR calls you to be fired. The current law protects women if she is drunk. So basically even if she says yes its a no stating her to be not of sound mind. Not the same for men. I don't say women don't suffer harassment but there are lot of dirty corporate politics, money extraction(off court settlements) and opportunist women out there who play victim card to achieve their goals.

We need some sort of a commission for men in India. Such cases need to be pushed to Fastrack court and punishment must be inverted to the girl if proven guilty.
