Men of reddit, what myth about men is 100% untrue and infuriates you when you hear it ?

I don’t think it’s even the second part as much as it is that society has a hard on for hating how men communicate and relate.

There’s an assumption that “not talking means you aren’t communicating” which isn’t accurate at all.

My best friend hasn’t spoken to me in 3 months. I would loan him half of my savings if he asked for it in one text.

The fact that he hasn’t spoken in that time means he hasn’t experienced any problems that he could help fix by me being aware of them. Which is the same message as me asking him every day “how’re you?” “I’m cool”

For the purposes of communication men are treated kind of like defective women
