I don't think you know what nuanced means. It sure makes what you're saying sound cooler and more sophisticated than it really is.

"Just the right amount of fragrance" means just that. There's no nuance there. It means one thing and one thing only. There's not even a hint of anything else, nothing between the lines, no sophistication or complexity. Just the right amount of fragrance - that's it.

But the best part of all this is that any guy can just say stupid shit like this to you and you'll feel all special. And it has nothing to do with who you actually are; it doesn't even reflect on whether you have good taste because you probably just bought the fragrance at a normal grocery store where there's only a few options and so you didn't even have to be very attentive or discerning about making a choice. More than likely the scent is sorta "sweet" and indistinguishable and completely boring and you're probably still wearing too much of it if he can smell it without getting creepy close to you because that means everyone else can smell it and, esp in the morning when you'd just put it on, it was probably totally overpowering and sickly.
