Men who cook, how do you find the time to make all your meals from scratch?

If you do it right cooking your own meals saves a ton of money, is fun, is healthier, and a great/impressive skill to have. It only has upsides really - so a lot of motivation for you is right there. I live alone and I order a delivery meal maybe 1-2 times a month, for what it's worth.

It doesn't have to take a lot of time. I do a mix of meal prep KISS (keep it simple, stupid). I meal prep 7-14 meals and stick em in the freezer which takes about 1.5-2 hours which is really good if you do the math. If I don't eat one of those, I do a simple dinner, here's one example:

chop up 4-5 veggies, my favorite mix is 1 large potato, 1 bell pepper, 1 large carrot, half an onion, and a handful of asparagus if I have some handy. Mix all of it in a bowl with some olive oil salt and pepper, spread it all on a baking tray and stick it in the oven at 375-400 for 30 mins. Takes like 5 minutes to prepare and its cheap healthy and tasty.
