I was under the impression that Incels knew and understood that.

I aussumed that they know looks play a major role it's the most of them are genuinely Ugly. People talk about Incels getting a better personality, or a haircut and shower and gym and they'd be fine.

But like the Incels I've met, they aren't just slightly below average dudes who are lazy. They're genuinely ugly people. Like some people are just born Ugly.

Problem is that the Bad personalities they have come from somewhere - they've spent their whole lives being actually Ugly, and treated as such. So they're bitter and angry and lash out because they've been treated as a kind of Second Class person all their lives.
