Menstrual leave not applicable to transgender women: Taiwan Ministry of Labor

I am mentally unstable; I literally have gender dysphoria.

I don't want to take a day off work, we don't have menstrual leave in most western countries.

Also, all women do not menstrate. There are a higher number of women with hysterectomies than trans women that exist. And I'm not sure if they would be denied. If they are denied or you believe they should be denied, we can stop arguing now, I agree with you.

Trans women should be in the same category as women who do not menstrate and be treated the same. I just don't know that a company would deny other women that day off even if they know they do not menstrate because they would be pretty invasive. And if that is true then I think it is discrimination to deny trans women.
