Mental health issues due to Solo q ! The playerbase is a real problem

Well, yeah when you play a game that you don't enjoy playing that's not gonna be healthy for your mental health... I don't think it really has anything to do with the community but with the fact that people keep playing games they aren't having fun with.

Somewhere along the way some idiot convinced people that gaming is a hobby, which it isn't.

A hobby is fulfilling, gaming is just supposed to be fun. Hobbies aren't always fun, you slog through the practice and learning curve for an eventual reward. But most games will never let you reach that reward, because they want you to keep playing.

The only reason to ever play a game is if you are having fun playing it at every single second.

Ask yourself "would I play this if there wasn't a reward?". If the answer is no, stop playing it. Fun is the only factor that matters. And when you have fun doing something, you don't need a reward as motivation.
