Mental illness aren’t a personality trait FFS Suzy

Bro everyone I meet has goddamn anxiety and PTSD and it makes me feel so angry sometimes because people are like "oh huh sure you do" and I cant talk about my experiences anymore, I filter most of it out IRL but it's important because i have to take off work a lot because of my condition and I've been in situations where I feel like my job doesnt beleive how bad it really is, what it really looks like ect.

I beleive many people in this country have it but not every person on the internet like man being so nervous about an interview that you shake isnt the same as blacking out in flashbacks for a whole week and not remembering it and screaming at your most trusted friends if they tried to help because you didnt know who they were It's a literal living nightmare man it's not the same, it might not be PTSD, it could be something else but its important that I feel we represent it accurately so people understand when I tell them, I've had a panic attack for 7 hours, I literally cant move, I'm exhausted, I'm not lazy, and I need at least a day before I can reintegrate myself back into the world.
