She should be preventing deaths, not capitalising on them.

Remember Rez as an ultimate? Mercys stopping healing to go hide, waiting to capitalise on the death of her teammates instead of actively healing them.

Valkyrie as a form of mass healing = fits with the pure healer shtick the devs want.

She is only so OP because of Rez as an ability. People thought she'd be dumpstered when the cast time was added.... all it meant was overextended idiots wouldn't get rezzed, she's still a must pick.

If you fail to keep your team alive you shouldn't be able to give them several 1 Ups, especially at no earned cost for it.

Picking 1-2 people off in a push should be rewarded, not punished like Mercy with Rez on E does.
