ok so it seems like Kojima probably really disliked being forced to study the English language in school? And perhaps dislikes how Japanese students continue to be forced to study English?

Why do so guess this? Because a major plot point from metal gear 5 revolves around language. And the villain wants to kill all English speakers. the disease only kills people who speak a certain language and his big attack will be against English.

It sure seems like Kojima was taking a pot shot at English and the whole forced language study thing.
