A Message From the Moderators

The current idea being tossed around is to keep the daily support thread and do 3 other weekly stickies

Meta Monday: talk about the state of the sub, suggestions, etc. - would be up Monday-Tuesday

Wellness/Workout Wednesdays: fitness, overall health (including dealing with food as a coping mechanism etc) - would be up Wednesday-Thursday

Victory Lap : SV/NSV posts, progress pics etc, would be up Friday-Sunday

There's been a lot of changes since I've been away in the realm of tools for moderators for tagging, sorting posts etc. I'm not familiar with ways to filter yet, but I'll read up on it and see what can be done. Personally, while I understand repetitive posts can get annoying, for the person posting, it's the first time and getting a clear, helpful, supportive answer is important and I'd hate to do anything to discourage asking questions.
